The keys to the flats are handed over at the agency from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be returned by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Upon delivery of the keys, the balance of the stay will be requested and a security deposit of 150 € is required, which will be returned on departure subject to balance, damages and shortages.
All flats are equipped with a TV and washing machine. Some also have a dishwasher and air conditioning. The kitchens are equipped with pots and pans and dishes. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is NOT included.
Final cleaning is the responsibility of the customer.
Pets are allowed free of charge, only in flats where specifically indicated.
Tourist tax is excluded and amounts to € 0.50 per person, from 13 years of age, for a maximum of 7 days.
Yes, utilities are included (water, electricity, gas). The air conditioning service, where present, is charged by means of a dedicated meter.
